I can say l'm in love and want to marry someone I just met 4 months ago and be called crazy and told I need to make sure I take my time and really get to know them but no one is telling me to make sure l'm having safe sex lol.

I see more people congratulating single mothers and broken families than happy couples these days. and there's nothing wrong with choosing to bring life into this world when it is placed upon you. but why don't we value commitment as much?

purposely and consciously deciding to build a life with someone who you're still getting to know has a worse connotation than being forced to build a life and also raise a new life with someone you're still getting to know based off of an unintentional decision.
