As someone who's been the landlord of my Roommates since I bought a house after my Mom died, and we've maintained a positive relationship despite that clear change in the power dynamic: F*** These a-holes.

Quite literally 3 days ago we celebrated 8 years of being roomies and 5 years in this house.

kins of losing my mind over how much i love how Fuuko's character and appearance changes over the course of Undead Unluck. like by the halfway point she's more toned and muscular bc she's actively been training but she's still kept her overall same body shape. god i love her.

Also the punching and kicking and slashing and blasting of Nazi's.
Both actual and allegorical.

i love tokusatsu heroes. people in practical effects armor costumes beating up people in rubber monster suits and saying shit about friendship or kindness just fucking gets me in the most basic way.

A prolonged fossil fuel crunch just might, at this moment, be *the* exogenous shock necessary for a rapid global transition to clean energy adoption, but also it's going to be a brutally miserable experience for the world's poorest.

Reporter: What do you make of Republicans saying that Virginia—

AOC: Wah wah wah.

We have asked Republicans for 10 years to ban partisan gerrymandering. And for 10 years, Republicans have said no.

What they’re just mad at is that they have been accustomed to a Democratic Party that rolls over.

I firmly believe presidents & people with control over medical agencies should understand percentages!

If *you* don’t, no judgment; I will explain in the next couple posts how they work. The short version is that Senator Warren is correct in the clip, and there’s NO interpretation in which RFKJr is

First article is from February. Second is today. The math is simple. Democrats need to be less polite and deferential toward seniority and instead focus on seizing, holding and wielding real, durable political power.

ONCE AGAIN, this demonstrates the party's lack of commitment in that regard.

But a class action lawsuit isn’t the way to go either. CA’s only benefit the lawyers that work the case. Consumers receive such a menial amount that it ends up being nothing more than theatrics

Yea. The refunds shouldn’t be available to corporations that raised prices on consumers. And corporations that do receive the refund, should need to lower their costs to pre-tariff prices and offer a program that allows customers who bought affected items at elevated costs to file for refund

if southern white voters were, like, 50% less racist so many states would be in play

(which is not to say white voters everywhere aren't racist, but if you look at the white vote in the south vs the white vote everywhere else hoo boy)

Oof, I see what @toku.store meant about the product boxes being crunched in shipment more than the usual we've seen.
Internal Product's still good, though.

The moving chain is wonderful and I wanna dissect this for a project later on.

Did Kash Patel read his own lawsuit?

When asked why he was locked out of his computer — as The Atlantic reported and Patel *admitted* in his lawsuit — Patel denied it happened: "I was never locked out of my systems," he just claimed.

What his lawsuit says: buff.ly/JTRuZKf

Trump Encourages Companies Not to Seek Tariff Refunds (Bloomberg) -- President Donald Trump said he’d remember companies that decline to seek refunds on duties paid after the Supreme Court struck down a large swath of his tariffs. Most Read from Bloomber...

But why is that a problem?

I thought the other countries were paying for the tariffs.

Man, this is a real head-scratcher.

Let's call this policy what this is.

It's socialism. It's Leftism. And it's curing actual ills. Righting institutional wrongs.

It's not coming from someone who is infallible, or someone who is always correct.

It's coming from someone who promised to help and is trying to keep those promises.
