Why your recycled clothes could end up in the Atacama desert Old garments from around the world are being discarded in the South American country.

Stop the cost offsetting.

This should be applied to the likes of plastic waste producing businesses like Ineos.

This makes companies that sell physical products responsible for what happens to them at the end of their life"

You can't it up. Ah. Trump can.

In the meantime, have I told you the one about Rumpelstiltskin? True story. Honest.

Yeah that seems resolved now as far as I can see.

Thanks for your pearl of wisdom.

It is no more or less corrupt than any other political system.

As it is I'm happier to live here than the UK.

Perhaps you should spend time looking at your own system first - eg money laundering capital of the world.

Human type body is pretty flexible. We can do tricks other machine can't.

But mainly it's about the tech - computers, controllers, batteries et al.

And the flexibility & balance we take for granted is quite hard to replicate in machines, so a good test.

As a long term resident could we do that?

Though not at Valencia - they immediately kick you into the non EU queue as they only have 4 manned posts.

(Those failing the auto gates & disabled can jump the queue to a manned gate)

(We could do as many others have and cheat and get a Spanksh passport, and retain the UK one, but I've never been dishonest.... I prefer to maintain the moral high ground)

Computer on auto gates probably says no....

15 hours ago 1 0 1 0

Yup.

It's was long promised we'd be able to use our ID cards in the the auto gates but nada.

Theoretically if you've been scanned you should be able to use them/passports. Just a bit of IT... 🤷‍♂️🤦‍♂️

Usually I think the EU is pretty good at stuff, but this is shambolic, and discriminatory.

Fuming.

Indeed.

Long term EU resident but Spain won't let us have dual passports (and as we run a UK biz we really need to keep our UK passports)

It only takes seconds for us to be checked, but we can't use the auto gates so have to queue.

Normally minutes, last week it took an hour.

Not a happy puppy.

Not funny when I have my prints done, TIE, but not allowed dual passports.

Won’t Somebody Think of the Children? Why Big Tech’s ‘Tobacco Moment’ Isn’t What It Seems As regulators rush to “protect children,” we risk creating something worse. A more centralized, identity-driven, and surveilled internet that strengthens Big Tech instead of challenging it.

12 months ago, the Iberian blackout was a "we told you so" moment for renewable energy sceptics.

But Spain took stock, strengthened its infrastructure, and kept driving forward.

This past Tuesday, EU electricity prices showed how that bet is paying off.

*thinks*

Sad fucker dates his swallows...

I'm just joyous the shitty buggers make a house call!!

Watching them skim across my pool is one of lifes wonders.

Even better when you're in there and they go inches over your head!!

Finally had two drinking out of my pool this afternon.

Bet the buggers won't use their nest in my paellero I've left in place for 15 years 🤯

Last nesters were 2 years ago and on first full flight I watched one get plucked out of the sky by a hawk. Fair made me jump. And gutted.

Nature is a bitch.

Wouldn't Trump have a machine gun? He only picks fights when he thinks he has overwhelming firepower.

I try to avoid the use completely.

Mr/Mrs, he/she. The whole lot. Just more trouble than they're worth.

(Unless I absolutely know you of course)

For everything else get a maxed out Air - as much RAM as you can afford and be economic with your storage use :-)
