My categorical IM are 8+4 and my PCT (primary care) are 4+4. Our program sends out online evals every 4 week block.

9/ 📖 Advocacy is key: Patients need validation and support. Recognizing ME/CFS and Long COVID as real, disabling conditions is a vital first step toward effective care and research.
