Make sure you use the incremental save feature too! Keep multiple save versions so you can fall back on one if needed or even append stuff from an older version.

Yes, it tends to get glitchy if it hasn't been baked, not every time, but it's pretty common. (sometimes the bake can fail too, usually just running it again fixes the problem)

Is that the line art modifier? did you bake it before rendering?

Yeah, that's what I think too. Im not sure if itd be better to move it closer, and possibly get a worse pose, or design for metal reforcing rod.
The printing Im looking at is all some kind of industrial resin, so I really have no idea how strong it is.
