Some factors should be considered:
1.) Will I work for or w/ a company/entity where my {neurodivergency}¹ is constantly triggered and where I have to mask all the time to stay under the radar?
2.) Do I really need to work in this area or for this particular company? Are there alternatives?
Still recovering.
While figuring out what my future path will be, I have decided to be absolute transparent about my AuDHD.
But my decision is probably not recommended for every other {neurodivergent}¹ individuum.
I think there is no right answer b/c we Autists/ADHD/AuDHD are very different, incl. all the other factors that play into this question.
I run into a massive #AuDHD #burnout after 30+ yrs. in the «creative»/design business and 13 yrs. in the last company I worked as a UX Specialist.

The attempt to work things off has been running with moderate success since 4:50 pm today: not important/time-important 29 % ... really time-important approx. 1 % ... other paths and detours 70 %.

After +/- 40 years I watched one of my favorite movies when I was young … and it clicked so many times during this movie that it needed just a small nudge¹ to write «Thanks for the Evening»².

Okay, who do I need to f*ck to get medical science to research Nuciferine (as it does exist in Nymphaea Alba) for #autism and #AuDHD, due to its (mental) relaxation properties? I can only speak for myself and this needs studies! Vaping "white lotus" really improves my quality of life!
Well, it already does: mentally separated, cognitively diminished incl. short term memory loss and physical tension body-wide for days, I'm used to pain but this is a new dimension.
