It's similar for teachers too, I teach Game Design at Balboa and I have 35 MacBook Pros in my lab and absolutely ZERO monitoring tools, luckily most of my students WANT to do my projects and don't wander too much, but the tools exist!!

There's already a Noisebridge Godot group in the Bay Area and other smaller Godot groups as well, this feels splinter-y, why not just join some of those groups, there are at least a dozen

Ubuntu proper, or is a variation ok? I use Pop_OS, an Ubuntu variation, for now at least, and it works great with Godot and game dev, and Nvidia GPU's, if that matters, but they are working on their own DE Cosmic so not sure how long it will be Ubuntu based
