My understanding is there's some kind of scam going around that sneaks in using an app password onto your account, leaves you alone for a bit then takes over. So periodically go into settings and check if there's an app password on your account when there shouldn't be, revoke those no longer needed

I am ONLY any good at my job because I did every layer of incredibly boring repetative shit first, so I understand it inside out. We've had Heads of HR join who came straight in at the manager level, and they don't know half the employment law our HR Admin does because they skipped that stage.
