we are near constantly dissociated but it definitely is worse when there's not certainty in which part is in front/multiple may be influencing each other due to stressors.

i have not known who is fronting for weeks at this point and that's okay for when i'm working or doing mundane tasks but boy does it make it hard to have meaningful connections with my friends who are triggering me in ways i don't understand.

as someone with DID too, this show was genuinely one of the best portrayals of the disorder that i've seen televised. not fail-proof (no television really ever is about medical things), but pretty real and good without sensationalizing aspects of it.

it's always odd to look back at simplyplural and see that at some point i'd switched for like... 25 minutes. most switches are at least 1-2 hours for me so i'm curious if it was an entry error or just a weird day. need to log more details tbh.
