Played frontlines in EU for the first time in months, I forgot how much it sucks from a butt lol
I never rly saw Meteor as a silent protag. He's just a guy to me, a friend even :) I'm fond of him. I think Meteor was wary of Shohei initially but Minfilia told him that Shohei has been thru a lot and asked him to give them a chance. A shame what happened at the Waking Sands tho 🥀
The ppl following me now will get the advanced Shohei lore 🙏
Their reasoning for fighting unfairly is bc the Garleans wouldn't be honorable but lowkey they rly did just want to bully Meteor LMAOOO. Tho eventually, Meteor's progression and persistence as a fighter did genuinely impress Shohei and they started treating him as a friend :)
Shohei joins the Scions way earlier than Meteor would and ends up being jealous and annoyed when he shows up. Like a cat being introduced to the new puppy LOL. They definitely attempt to haze him several times, challenging him to duels (which in-game would be advanced tutorials for mechanics)
Honestly one of my goals in life still is to make a long term doujinshi for wol Shohei which will cover this all cool style but since I'm still 🤏 itty bitty artist, I'll yap Abt it LOL stay tuned
If Meteor survived, the two of them would be besties for life. Shohei would be a core Scion member who would follow him to the ends of the world. Unfortunately, Meteor gets killed at the Waking Sands which kicks Shohei into being the WoL
