I do this entirely for the love of the game and don't care about money obvs. No one else needs to understand my desire to bring the FF12 market bazaar to life but me.

We bring this booth to different cons just to be this weird little entertainment thing, but people can actually buy the goods if they want. Like, who doesn't want to come home from a con with a weird monster claw, or a chunk of dragon hide, or a bottle of frog oil. WHO doesn't want that!!!!!

I hire a couple performers to be the stall owners/hunters and outfit them in immaculate costumes, including at least one in interesting prosthetics. Maybe they're a bangaa or something. They never ever break character.

Me, in a fantasy world where I am stupid rich and spend all my time on weird art projects: me and my merry crew make an rpg hunter's market stall. It is designed like an immersive set. It sells "real" hunting spoils from fantasy creatures, like Nutkin pelts, chocobo claws and whatever.

I've loved a lot of sad murder dad characters, but the misogyny present in how women are consistently removed from those stories is only getting more aggressive.

Yeah, Druckmann and Mazin having her die being sexually assaulted (while removing the military violence on civilians element) instead of making an active choice to sacrifice herself via suicide-by-cop is one of the many reasons I've completely checked out of TLOU.

The backstory with her child didn’t even make it to screen and I saw more immediate criticism of her as a parent than the things we actually saw Joel do that makes him “complicated” to the audience at best.

Obvs that version would never exist formally, but it cuts me up to think about how the way they rewrote Tess for HBO — that version was a parent AND a more explicitly romantic partner to Joel, and “coincidentally” was a far more passive and yielding character.

Praying Tides of Annihilation is good because I want to cosplay Mordred so bad.

The lower display was designed for a diff shelf but lol I can scale a bit and fit it to the cubes too...

It's all print-separately-by-colour so no AMS needed.

It's all modular... the upper frames have magnet slots on the back so they just attach to those "cube" frames, and the bottom ones are made for small shelves, all with label frames. I'll be doing a pegboard version and a hanging charm version of the back boards too, just have to figure out spacing.

Dicking around making artist alley displays... Still working on a bunch of different variants. I might throw these on the store for a pittance because tabling is not and will never be my business's focus, so maybe someone out there would get more use out of them.

Thank you! I use Zbrush for textured pieces. It’s never going to replace Fusion entirely but it’s handy to have in my toolkit for anything like this where it’s like… rocks and rippled surfaces 😂

Almost every retail website looks like this now. Stolen images, AI images, obviously resold knockoffs you could get for $20.
It’s insulting when wholesale websites do this, but scamming you for $20 is diff than $120 lol.

Ridiculous to me that misrepresentation of goods is so rampant now that Unique Vintage, a company with official Disney licenses, advertises knock-off dresses using stolen images that aren’t even of the same dress. Like, if you order you’re getting the last one lol.

The almost finished skirt! Jenn assembled and I gathered ruffles. I have to do more ruffles on the long detachable skirt. Horsehair (lol) will be sewn in the hem to give it a lovely shape. I love how eleguannnt it looks

I ate 5 buldak carbonara mandu at dinner and they tasted soooo good but my tongue still feels sparkly 90 mins later. They should make a version for people that only use 1/8th of the spicy package.

I'm so sorry you're in this situation. I'm in it with a few artists I've commissioned from too. From everything I hear talking to others, it basically feels like there's a crisis of commission artists buckling under the weight of their own workloads. 😕
