Yesterdays exercise therapy was rather intense. Everything from shoulder blades down to heels is muscle sore. On the plus side of things, I 'unearthed' my pre-knee replacement shoes, tried them on. Amazingly, no excruciating pain as if my toes are being crushed. Nerve pain issue.
