The character is adorned with a large frilly dress reminiscent of lolita fashion, with the most notable details being a aqua teardrop shaped gem around the neck on a bow, a star in the middle and two white roses being in the hair & three on the waist. They have painted nails, earrings with planets on them and a hidden garter with a blue rose on it. A gold ring is on their left ring finger engraved with "I'll be there for you" on the inside. The character is also depicted with either spikes on their shoulders or wings on their back. The character has deep, bright, glimmering blue eyes with many shapes in them including stars, a teardrop, a moon and the planet Earth. "Ukiyo wears a mask to hide the fact that underneath they have no mouth, and summon their holograms from their holocrown." Additionally, there is decorative text around the image.
