Haven’t gotten that far yet.

Thanks John. I haven’t even figured any of this out yet, so appreciate your history here.
There’s a specific email address for bike rack requests that I used.
I did the same. No response. I’m guessing no one is reading email to that address.
I plan to ask for a permit.
I’ve been trying to get. A bike rack in front of my house.
I can’t think of any bike racks in our residential neighborhoods.
I’d be happy if we ended up where you predict. But I worry that some of those licensing bills will pass and negatively impact class 1 & 2 adoption.
"Pancreatic cancer mRNA vaccine shows lasting results in an early trial: Scientists caution that more research is needed, but nearly all of the patients who responded to the personalized vaccine are still alive six years later."
People seem to forget that Robert Moses had bridges built with too little clearance for buses to go under, basically preventing transit users (lower income) from accessing areas they wanted reserved for people wealthy enough to own cars.
Racism & classism.
Only if he has some good spectacles.
I’d worry about some people not seeing your bike due to bad eyesight and crushing it as they back over it.
Acoustic bike is the only correct retronym.
At least one of those folks could probably fix Bart.
Thanks for coming to Berkeley!
I’ll be there.
Car Free Happy Hour is tonight, folks! We head to Headlands Brewing in Berkeley, at 1280 Gilman Street, right on the Ohlone Greenway.
Lots of friendly folks interested in the same things you are. Come on out! 🚴♀️🚐
Empty Bus Stop at Pt. Richmond
Screenshot showing no GPS location for the shuttle.
Screenshot of map with no shuttle location.
1st time using bike shuttle across the RSR Bridge & it's not my lucky day. The live tracking of the shuttle is not working. Another cyclist was waiting & she called the contractor who said there's a problem with the trailer. So she took the last the last bike slot on the 580 bus, so I'm waiting.
Their goal seems directly focused on eliminating bikes as an option all together.
Please tell me they rode them straight down the stairs.
This is awesome. I just sat through a meeting where we approved a bike lane again, after it was already approved 3 times, and it’s still not approved enough. It needs to be approved at least one more time.
Or infinite more times, I don’t know.
This sound familiar? Yes, we need to fix this process. bsky.app/profile/buff...
This isn’t over yet, but it’s exactly why it’s so hard for safer streets to be completed. And this is be street, Hopkins, in one city in the US.
But went they pave a street for cars, add a lane… they just do it.
8) bonus, citywide poll shows all neighborhoods want more bike lanes. 2024
9) neutral proposal to pave with ped only improvements put forward. 2026
10) win BFD reverses position on safe streets infrastructure. 2026
11) win infrastructure committee votes 3-0 to amend pave plan to include. 2026
4) bonus, win an extended version of Hopkins lanes. 2022
5) lose after Fire Department review and staff issues due to a bunch of shenanigans, project delayed. 2023
6) neutral when plan to pave (no bike lanes) only is voted down. 2023
7) win on measure to fund safe infrastructure. 2024
How many times do you need to win a city vote before you actually win? Asking for Berkeley residents.
1) win on a bike plan that includes bike lanes on Hopkins. 2017
2) win when funding to study bike lane on Hopkins. 2021
3) win when initial plans are approved for bike lanes on Hopkins. 2022
I swear I just spotted you at Monterey Market just the other day.
How do I get access to your fancy transporter?
Take action TODAY!
The Council committee meets tomorrow (Wednesday, 4/15 at 2pm) about Hopkins.
This is the github page for Hickory.
Massive props to the @rust-lang.org for providing the basis for this entire project.

That little DNS project I started about 10 years ago is making some news with Google! This is definitely because so many people have jumped in to help contribute here. Special call out to @djc.ochtman.nl who’s picked up a huge amount of slack for me in the last year.

Isn’t it odd that all of these laws are coming at the same time across the US?
CA has a bunch of bad proposed bills that ignore cars and focus on e-bikes. Registration, dropping the top speed from 20 to 16 without dealing with illegal e-motos. All BS.
Someone is scared that bikes are winning.
One used to run with me at the track when I was going earlier in the mornings.
Thank you, Robert! You’ve been such an inspiration.
