On occasion, I've also gone on VRC private worlds to ease my mind. Sometimes, just changing the scenery in general changes the mood. momentary escapism to clear your mind and rest for a clearer tomorrow.
disclaimer on this part tho. if this method is abused, it can be seen as unhealthy.
What I usually do is I let VODs run on YouTube until I finally pass out.
I get nighttime anxiety before I sleep, and background noise like calming music or background chatter is quick to help me fall asleep. crickets, rushing water, etc, sometimes it's a mix of music and background noises.
Probably going to bury myself in art tonight.
