I know the road to hell was paved in good intentions. Ive had good intentions with everything I've pursed but I'm human imperfect and deeply empathetic so I really royally fuck things up sometimes.

I forgive myself though because my crashouts are usually when that happens.

That's why happiness is huge to me and I'm a few years past a few awful things like being in a wheel chair or dying.

I try to change the things I can minimize the suffering for everyone involved.

The thing about pretending your happy is you can't really.

Unhappiness will make you I'll. The mind and body are connected. A broken heart can kill. Living half a life faking it till you make it.

You can't actually lie to yourself just everyone else.
