It’s extremely frustrating

I rarely have trouble sleeping but when I do it’s because I’m really nervous about the next day at work. Then I get more nervous because I can’t sleep and it’s getting later and I know the later it gets the less sleep I can get and the less sleep I get the worse I will be at work on an important day
