"Killing Strangers" is the John Wick theme to me. Which, while a good song, i really hate that it's by an asshole musician who doesn't deserve the accolade.

As someone who just said it out loud, it is indeed a good time!

This is the first thing that came to mind when I read this!

That's a travesty! Though, come to think of it, I'm not sure I have a favorite. I don't think Dunkleosteus counts.

Worked all night in sound stuff and ended up getting carried away and doing a full sound sound and music design on a film scene, as well as re editing a short film rough that I was giving feedback on. In my defense, I had to see if my suggestions would work. They did.

A short film I composed for last year has finally been publicly released! It's a mafia themed story about puppets, money, and desperation. I went for a Godfather meets Saturday morning PBS show for the music.

Man, I really wish I could get into Marathon, I love the style and lore. Alas, my dexterity isn't what it used to be. And my reflexes? They, too, have diminished; I blame the Racoon City Syndrome.

Did some gnarly sound fx work on a short horror film! Had to give the vocal a deep, grungy, distorted timbre while keeping the performance intact, which I think I accomplished. It has a Mike Patton from The Darkness mixed with the baby from PT vibe.

And finally, "The Starving Saints" by Caitlin Starling! Nice, spooky Bloodborne vibes. It's like, what if one of the better realized side stories in those games happened, but the hero character never arrived?

It's good, it's creepy, and its vibes are immaculate!

"The Old Breed - Haxan" by Alex Calvo. If you want knights, witches, a cosmic horror devil, and religious bureaucracy, then this book is for you!

There is a weird tendency in these types of stories to have a witch and Ranger duo. Not sure why. Anyways, it's a fun read!

Cover for the novel "Darkfall: Deathborn". Features 2 dudes getting ready to fist fight a Mutant gorilla guy.

Next up is the "Darkfall: Deathborn" series by Lee Mountford.

Victorian set, secret society versus gothic monsters, with a generous helping of cosmic horror, too! Really great monsters, and good monster hunting mythos.

Cover for the first Eldritch Beasts book. A hooded figure covered in shadow walking through what looks like a spooky ass town.

Got the insomnia, so here's some good cosmic horror novels I think you should read!

First up, the "Eldritch Beasts Series" by Primary Hollow. Castlevania, except the monsters relegated to legend have returned, and the Belmont-esque family is on its last legs.

Really fun romp.

So I've heard! I'm an 80s baby, so i hear they're evil too!?

But really, the only slippery slope to dnd is the pipeline from player the GM, then to other games. All that money... like tears in rain.

We're gonna circle back, really find the synergy between autonomous client based work when assessed by our quarterly earnings. We think this investment will be extremely profitable in time.

I've been really enjoying the redrawn. It's that bad kinda of style that only someone who has a pretty good grasp on art can do!

Iffin you like retrograming, narrative podcasts, historical figures, cool ass music, and eldritch curses.... do I have a recommendation for you!

The Oracle Podcast!

I've done a few voices for the show, but even if I hadn't, I'd still highly recommend it!
