I already got rid of those but it's still too quiet. I hate mixing so goddamn much.

I often use this thing called Loudness Penalty, which normalizes the track so you can hear what it'll sound like on streaming services, and it's always like 2dv quieter no matter what I do? Am I just cooked?

Question for mixing engineers: How do you maintain strong bass AND high loudness? I can seem to do one or the other, not both
