If you are an american and a marxist, you should be in any marxist party despite how imperfect. You should also genuinely be planning to organize the defense of your own life and the lives of those around you, as the legal bodies of capital move to to explicitly deport you regardless of citizenship

goods should be the highest quality possibly at the most availability possible. Anything less is wasteful or criminally excessive. While i believe the socialists have had the better answers so far, the issue in this thread with ai is that it is misaligned with the realities of even capitalism.
clearly the luddites were not anti tech, like all workers fighting automation it wasnt the automation that was bad it was the socioeconomic model, it was willing to burn them for cheaper goods and larger profits.
Cheaper goods specifically is arguably what stopped good hearts from opposing evils.
If i put on my political realist hat, history shows that despite the horrors of the owners, automation impacting our lives negatively- people typically accept it because it makes a product more available at an acceptable usually lower quality. Ai does not make acceptable quality even in that.
The difference between automating grainmills and factories is distinct from ai automation in the sense that while both prior have served the ruling class when they shoulda served the people- ai does this while also making things actively subpar, less available, and worse. Missing the point outright.

This is exactly what happened to me. I even tried removing them from vertex groups. But this function, while tedious was great. I just wish you could do it as collections of vertexes rather than one at a time

blender pro tip i was forced to learn;
when skinning and weight painting, sometimes its hard to see affected vertexes on bones. if, for some reason you are so mad you need to know what bones effect that vertex, go to edit mode, select it, press n and go to item, and it will show an editable list.
