I tend to read stories and novels set in that time period. I watch some TV and movies depicting the era. Then, I dive into research mode. This, though, can be dangerous. I do enough to make it look like I know what I’m talking about rather than so much that I never get to writing. #HorrorWritersChat

I write articles, RPGs, superhero comic books, fantasy, and everything in-between. Horror is SO emotionally charged. You really dig into the emotions and characters… especially if you want readers to care… and that plays an important role in all other writing.

BONES OF OUR STARS, BLOOD OF OUR WORLD is like reading a Richard Bachman book - gonzo eldritch horror at its finest. I flew through this one (just don't get attached to anyone).

Got this for Christmas (it shares a book birthday with GOD'S JUNK DRAWER) and it is wonderfully, deeply disturbing in the best possible way. For fans of slashers, body horror, and... well, telling you anything else would be a spoiler.

Yeah, I bought 1 of them a while back. I still have the lid. Can’t find the box.. Was hoping to find Them again.

Comics folks... I know that some of the comic storage companies used to sell comic boxes specifically for graphic novels. They stored with the spines toward the top. The one I had was branded to Thor Vs. The Hulk for some reason. Were those just very short-lived? Because I can't find them!
