We live in zone 7b/8 so get 90=100 in July-August with cool nights. We used to live in Phoenix where everything fried if unprotected in the sun during the summer,so this is really nice. We like it here, but it's a medical desert so we will eventually move closer to Phoenix where my Doctors are.

Very few, if any, businesses, pay for any of these incidentals. Yet they are critical! Thanks to #SecPete, we had improvements to these needs.
I donโt think we talk nearly enough about the fact that corporations like Amazon, donโt pay a single cent to maintain the roads they use, the transportation system they use, the courts they use, they pay nothing for the infrastructure that is absolutely critical to their business.
