it seems like a big logistics problem. scanning every video on the firehose would be prohibitively expensive unless you were, e.g. Bluesky Social PBC. it seems like services like youtube already do tests like these though

bluesky also doesnt care about giving you such warnings. i really bet someone could make a labeller that does this though
measure percieved brightness over time for a video -> look for sudden jumps -> have some threshold where a jump too sudden is flagged for epilepsy
