That's probably a fair assessment, I appreciate their localized pieces about datacenters, but the more I see of their lens on housing the more bad faith their efforts seem.
Yay :)

Here's one MPU BlackRock video... youtu.be/ZxZO0jd8VoU
I wish for people to become more informed about this disinformation. Not good to see @warren.senate.gov feeding into it. @moreperfectunion.bsky.social is a good journalistic organization but they too put out BS about BlackRock. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/BlackRo...
A bunny sits on the rooftop, next to a hen ands two chicks. A 2nd chicken frantically flaps in the air nearby them, buoyed aloft by a bunch of balloons.
Daily bunny no.3239 made it to the top
They tried it with old tires, thinking since old steel was fine surely rubber will be too, but it was a disaster for perhaps obvious reasons...like the tires floating away
A bunny gets home from a supermarket, with several paper bags and one plastic bag strewn about the living room. The floor by the front door has clumps of snow nearby, and the bunny has clearly been out in the snow.
Daily bunny no.3237 had to do a grocery run
reasons to wear a mask 2026
I made a comic about why you should be masking in 2026 (spoiler: it’s to protect yourself and your community)

Two bunnies throw pennies into a fountain, in the yard of a large estate. However, it is winter and there is snow on the ground. The fountain has frozen solid from the cold, so the pennies just sit on the ice

Toronto shopping street
Half of business owners on this Toronto street estimated that more than 25% of their customers arrived by car.
In fact, it was 4%.
And the % of customers who who walked or cycled? 72%.
Retailers routinely overestimate the # of “car customers.” Via @carltonreid.com www.forbes.com/sites/carlto...
The cities skylines model of people existing almost exclusively outside their homes :)
A bunny on the deck of a flying, wooden ship waves to another bunny on a similar flying boat, as both sail through a quiet, starry sky
Daily bunny no.3232 is passing in the night
Darn it! Well how am I gonna entertain the neighborhood moths now!
A bunny in an attic tries to shoe a small ufo back out an open window, from whence it came. The ufo is floating around the room, confused, and there is an alien inside.
Daily bunny no.3227 shouldn't have left the window open
Why have a city at all if you can't maintain your awesome brutalist public architecture into the future
Shadow of a person on a bike on a multiuse path with snow next to it on a very sunny day in Halifax.
Gorgeous afternoon to joyfully bike out to the suburban outpatient clinic!
Apparently this is an act of resistance because:
- no one bikes in the winter
- bike lanes are only for the urban core
- disabled people can’t bike
- no one bikes to medical appointments
Two hyper bunnies run around a table where a pot of coffee sits. They each tip over their own mugs of coffee, although it is the dead of night. A third bunny, more relaxed, sips a cup of decaf tea
Daily bunny no.3225 had a late night brew
Gawsh, we're just too feeble with our fourth largest economy in the world. It can't be helped then :/
A bunny with a truck full of cabbages is driving at night. He is stopped by roadblocks, because a fallen tree is blocking the road. Construction bunnies in hi-vis jackets tell him to go a different way
Daily bunny no.3222 must seek an alternate route
Kansas City, 1929. Assertions to the effect that “people preferred to drive” are guesses in the guise of explanations.
In cities a minority of motorists degraded streetcar service for the majority. KCPSC: “Practically the only cause of delay ... is ... motorists who block [streetcars’] progress.”
it's not just that Mamdani is charming af (he is), it's that he is normalizing the idea that children are full members of society that we all share a collective responsibility for
Arggh :( wish the support period was longer
I believe that, I think the following model years trended larger and larger along with the overall enlargening trend
A bunny in a suit and shades jumps off a plane, with an unopened parachute and a briefcase like D.B. Cooper. The briefcase has started leaking dollar bills into the air, to the bunny's consternation. He plummets into the clouds at night
Daily bunny no.3220 always sticks the landing
Graphene :) I want to get a pixel for that, boo samsung
I looked for comparison of an S10 and a representative modern single cab Ranger, went with vehiclesizes.com, 1994 S-10 and 2023 Ranger IV Single Cab, not sure of the dimensions are accurate and it's missing the S10 side profile but I wanted a visual. This Ranger might be smaller than even newer ones
They're so big, it's ridiculous
