The first thing I shared from my little notebook was my unfinished project for the 1 card contest last year. Well, I finished it! And entered it! Check it out if you like my silly doodles, roll and “write” action, or simple little puzzles, have at it!

you made it!
Always one more pass. And then you release it! And then you realise you misspelled a word on the very first page 🤦♂️
My week wasn't very eventful
Fair. I also had no idea what was going on
I mean you did lose pretty hard lmao
this rule is elegant okay one exception okay two exceptions but they barely matter the exceptions are the game now
game design remains a very dignified practice

Go support Cardner's new game! It's a hilarious nostalgia trip about managing your cell phone plan in the early 2000s.
Been trying to tell my fans for years that minis are super cheap to make and do not actually make a game more "premium"
Glad to see it properly exposed with plenty of nuance
Sending this video next time someone asks why one of my games is 80$ when its "just (500+) cards" and no minis.
Hooray, it’s on BGG now! boardgamegeek.com/boardgame/46... (and I’m impatient so can’t wait for the image to get approved and then approved again). I’ll be uploading the STLs for 3D printers to print to the files section and the Drive folder later today, probably.
Earlier this year, I released a climbing/shedding game called Fries! Today, I finally finished reshooting and editing a rules/teach video. I hope it’s clear and you get to try my game! (And it’s available for publishing if anyone wants to, haha)

A game of Cimo in progress
A game of Cimo in a possible end state. This one was very symmetrical
While my partner and I were testing a bunch of the other contestants' entries a thought came to me: what if we could play Bug, but monochrome?
A few months ago I played Nick Bentley's Bug. It left an impression. I had a vision for it working on a solitaire board. Cimo is Esperanto for Bug.
The initial scribbles leading to Joti
The final scribbles. Rules included
Testing the game with my partner
The idea for Joti came to me rather quickly. Something about adding tetris pieces into a constrained grid seemed obvious. At first I did 2d6 choose 1 and used 6/7 of the tetris pieces with special effects when rolling doubles. I soon realised I wanted more choice, so it became 3d6 choose 2

In the last week of March, I ran a small game jam based on the simple premise: what can you do with a solitaire board?
Just like Jacob, I too made two games for the jam: Joti and Cimo.
Marbles in my 3D board
Very interesting colors in the logo for Ininirow.
Logo for Launch
The Solitaire Board Jam over on the @cityhare.studio discord was hella fun and good for my creative funk. I don’t have a ton to say except I can’t wait for the next one and wanted to share the rules for the two games I submitted!
You only gave yourself 3 HP? 😩
Hell yeah! Happy for ya!!!
For me it's probably trick-taking games
“(Game you made) is my favourite game”
Is probably the most humbling compliment I can imagine.
I still don’t know how to process that. Not really.
monopoly? battleship??? checkers?????
you youngins and ur newfangled games, i cant keep up.. cant we play something classic everyone already knows for once?
Replace writers with game designers 😄
Go Linde!
You need only the normal 52 card deck to play 2-4 players
Lexio is love. You can probably proxy it with my tiles
You're welcome!
Oh no! Best fix that 😉
My March plays!
I dooo!
