STS2 is SO good. Beautiful build on what was already great. Can't wait to see how it evolves.
Had a really fun Sly build on Silent that went brrrr but didn't quite finish the last boss.
You can hit me up ANYTIME. You know, if you're not off the grid camping. There's some killer spots up here, btw.
Sorry I haven't posted in a while but I don't like social media anymore.
That said, Slay the Spire II is out and it fucks.
Literally me when I said we could just take all four wisdom teeth out in the chair.
It was not the right call.
I took the Flawed Flaw on my first run which meant I had to take EVERY flaw 😂
Are they just a little trashy? We just watched all of the Friday and Nightmares so these look great
Adding it to my list!
The first one was incredible - based on a short story by Stephen King's son! - the second one starts off really well, but drops off quick
Sinister is great! I loved Weapons, too. Definitely recommend it.
Ok but the Flaws system is the best thing in games in decades
I'm almost out of Mike Flanagan stuff to watch (or rewatch), what's good and spooky that you really loved?
The Flaws system in The Outer Worlds 2 is fucking brilliant (and hilarious). I now have to save every few moments in case I automatically steal something thanks to the Klepto flaw. My knees pop when I go into stealth. I have 15 seconds to make a dialogue choice. Perfect, no notes.
both were names given to them by corporate marketers using them as brand evangelists
ragtime burn, nice
We're rewatching all the Fridays (bad) and the Nightmares (mixed) at the moment, and I'm so keen to get to New Nightmare for the meta take.
I wish we'd collectively stop referring to creativity and entertainment as "content," it devalues the work that goes into it and results in something implied to be consumed instead of enjoyed. Don't be a content creator, be an entertainer.
The Butlerian Jihad must have sucked for guys who just bought a new computer
reframing pirating movies and tv shows as "expanding my personal llm's dataset"
(I'm not happy about the news but they've been profits over people for a very long time so I'm not surprised)
times I've died in combat in borderlands 4: about 23
times I've died because j threw a tediore grenade gun too close to a wall accidentally: 8,436
This is sick!
can Lego people eat Lego or is that too close to the gingerbread man/house fable
Just realised I forgot to take my meds this morning, which is weirdly positive because I feel "normal" enough that it's not the first thing on my mind when I wake up, which means they're working as intended.
"Have you finished working out?" my watch asks, as I chew the last bite of my pink donut.
I've never heard of Rusty Lake, what's the elevator pitch?
Forgotten Saga - but I really enjoyed all the DLC
Rogue is great, but released the same year as Unity(?) so it got overshadowed. Like a mini-Black Flag sequel
I really enjoyed Valhalla! The roguelite DLC is a lot of fun too
Excellent, I'll give it a look. I'm doing alright! Enjoying mountain life (when it's not raining 😂)
