Received a tip to use dynamic EQ for orchestral samples a while back, and now I use it in every track 🕶️
Repurposed a bossa nova template for an unannounced cozy game project (with a bit of Nintendo influence) 🎵
I remember being so stuck on this track a while back and was pretty worried about client timelines... Had to pull inspiration from everywhere (multiple anime/games, classical music, nature walks, etc.) before one day it finally clicked
Been using a free resource called Sample Focus for EDM/trailer drum samples, kind of like Splice 🥁
Music for a chase/fight between two male leads in an otome game 🎵 One lead has Japanese-influenced designs and the other Chinese-influenced, so the track alternates between shakuhachi/shamisen and dizi/guzheng (+ orchestra).
Night forest / menu theme for visual novel in development 🎵🌛🌲
