After he won the Nobel Prize in Literature in 1957, Albert Camus wrote a letter of thanks to his favorite childhood teacher, whom he'd never forgotten. It's beautiful.

Posting this story about how Ann Telnaes got censored not least bc it'll disseminate the image Jeff Bezos censored.

This is interesting - especially since it may not be reflected in what you read or see on various media and social media outlets - thanks @yougov.co.uk
Hey #rushfamily, this is well worth a watch if you haven’t already seen it @vivien2112.bsky.social

Nice😁
Aye, they’re great. Brilliant that they’re playing Massey Hall, and you’re getting to see them there. In terms of being the real deal, they played Losing It with John on keys, vocals, bass AND violin. Insane!
Great answer(s)! For me it’d probably be Permanent Waves, simply because it’s my absolute favourite album. Hearing Spirit live as a new song must have been incredible! I saw the tribute band Moving Pictures play PW in it’s entirety a couple of months ago and it was epic!
Let me know when you get one - I’d love to come along for the ride. 45 is amazing mind you. Imposible question, I know, but if you did have the chance to go back and see just one of those shows again, which would it be?
Oh it was. Just wish I’d been able to see them more than I did. What was your gig count in the end Vivien?
100%. R30 was the first time I got to see them live and I COULD NOT BELIEVE MY EARS when they did this. What. A. Show.
My all-time favourite. The first Rush album I heard. Still as brilliant all these years later😁
One of my all time favourites. Xanadu one of the best songs I’ve ever heard. Love it.
So I guess we’re all over here now #rushfamily? Nice to see you @vivien2112.bsky.social & everyone!
