My symptoms are getting worse. Not by much, but it's obvious enough. How can I switch to making healthier and better choices and feel worse?

every doctor I have met with has told me to my face it's probably because I'm fat, but on my chart they write that all my symptoms are consistent with one specific potential diagnosis.

Someone has sure already made this observation but the fact they can convert all those empty warehouses into prison camps means they could have converted them into housing, community centers, job training centers or, hell, libraries or schools all along. It’s always a matter of will not resources.

ice was in elgin today. on tuesday, ice kidnapped people from chicago’s hermosa neighborhood as well as the suburbs of bolingbrook (west) and waukegan (far north). last week, feds in six vehicles abducted an adult and three kids from near their home in woodlawn.

they never left. they never stopped.

The people who spent years defending and even lionizing Kyle Rittenhouse and Ashli Babbitt now want us to believe that an unarmed mother in her car and a disarmed nurse were domestic terrorists who deserved to be murdered by law enforcement.

ICE killing #AlexPretti should remind you of police killing #PhilandoCastille. Both men had concealed weapon permits, did not draw their guns, & were killed in Minn. These homicides are the price of unaccountable policing. These deaths are variations on the same fatal theme.
