shoutout to the Oncology Pharmacist who filled in as his oncology provider and kept him alive during the years long gap. just so so grateful for all the brilliant people that dedicate their lives to studying this horrible, wretched disease

this sweet, incredible oncologist came out of retirement because of the shortage and i could not be more grateful for him

the helplessness and stress and worry that has wracked my mind and heart and body over this has been so taxing. i will never take adequate medical care for granted ever again.

after a really long gap in adequate care because of oncology shortages, my Dad *finally* got a new oncologist who is both highly competent AND empathetic/personable. this feels like a miracle—i am soooooo incredibly relieved, happy and grateful 😭🥲🤧
