3. We recently looked at unusual house in Berkeley with full view of Bay & Golden Gate Bridge. It was smaller than this. It cost less than this. A lot less. It did not look like this (v small footprint)
4. Not a shotgun house so much as a long rifle

I see it has 3 full bathrooms and 3 half bathrooms. For me, that might be needed to save running full speed the length of house to reach a bathroom when required
