Just heard @mrjamesob.bsky.social say that at his public school he was promised to go up in a Chipmunk if he joined the RAF cadets at school. I joined the CCF at my state school, went up in a Chipmunk, a Hercules, a helicopter, flew solo in a glider, fired rifles, and rode motorbikes.
For the good of the country he should tell us he was conned into "Labour Together" and it has been a huge mistake. He can then resign straight after the local elections.

If nothing else, the decision to sack Robbins, when he didn't need to, must rank as one of the most absurd acts of political self-harm any prime minister has yet committed. All of this eminently foreseeable.
I hope there is a change of government soon and we can stop these monsters getting embedded more.
