If your portal allows it, there may be a "details" button that will tell you the date of the visit and services charged so you can see if you already paid this one. Unless you have a high deductible health plan (HDHP) or you are seeing out-of-network providers, visits shouldn't be that high.
My provider system makes errors A LOT. Oftentimes, mine will send a bill before insurance is done processing it, so I don't actually owe whatever ridiculous amount they're asking for. You can also ask the billing department to re-bill for the visit if it doesn't sound right to you.
If your email starts with "love the nutrition security concept", I'm probably going to ignore everything you say after that.

Some people find they are sensitive to high fat and/or high sugar foods on these types of medications. Have you been able to experiment with other foods, or even "bland" foods, like toast or rice?
