granted i started the story when ed leaves home to become a pirate at 14 per canon, so i had to keep it pg on the count of the age. and i had to come up with lore for stede so that he was still sixteen while being an ancient genie. IT'S COMPLICATED!!!
i wanted to write sex lessons pwp but i wanted Ed to be the virginal one so i started working out how this AU would make sense to me and now I'm almost 10k words in, Stede is a cursed seashell button genie, Ed is a possibly demisexual late bloomer, and all they've done is made out.
