Isn't this somewhat similar to 401k "auto-escalation" policies that already exist, except now it is triggered by particular events instead of fixed points in time?

I'm not 100% sure but this reboot seems to mess up the SMS-forwarding between iDevices. I have a secondary phone w/ a number that I give to out for courier services etc.; I noticed that some parcel delivery SMS-messages only got forwarded after I unlocked the secondary phone and opened Messages.
