Here the mother of the Jester Protagonist, Yuuri, who is of the Empress Arcana. While it is not traditional for the parents of the protagonist to be playing an active role in their life, we've decided to make her an active character who serves as the Jester's rock.
Graduating alongside the Jester, he begins to work as a legal observer for a law firm, all the while his turbulent college life is slowly resurfacing with a vengeance...!
Here we have Hachiro Yamazaki, the Confidant of the Magician Arcana! He's a bit of a goof, often cracking jokes and hanging tight around the Jester, but he can be pretty hotheaded and quick to respond when the pressure's on.

Despite the hurdles, I loved every part of getting to work with these artists to decide what our MC should look like. What I love about the Jester is that we made him just plain enough blend him with the crowd, but looks can be deceiving.
He was simply too Akechi-like. As a result? It made the Protagonist look younger than intended. It was a bit of a pain in the ass, but we went back to the drawing board and ended up with our final sprite made by our dear sprite artist, Wander.
However, we reached an impasse. My pal Alice, who usually busy and occupied with the daily stresses of her life, came to me and pointed out a flaw in the Jester's design:
