...internal rule on hereditary peers.

It will likely only take moments and will likely pass without much fan fare, but marks a very important step in our history.

Called standing orders, the following will go:

9 (Hereditary peers: by-elections)

Tomorrow is a symbolic day in the House of Lords.

At the end the end of this Parliamentary session, expected next week, hereditary peers will finally all be removed from the Lords thanks to new laws our Labour government have brought in.

Tomorrow the Lords effectively delete their...

I watched the first hour of the proceedings. This letter in the @theguardian.com expresses what I saw as opposed to what the press subsequently reported.

Robbins said a lot but, unlikely for a servant, appeared to have kept few records of key discussions and decisions.

Do people know the hypocrisy of Ed Davey?

When post office minister in the Tory-Lib Dem coalition he says officials didn't tell him the full facts of the post office Horizon scandal to explain away his inaction.

Yet calls for Starmer to resign for officials not giving the full facts on Mandelson.

Annual UK borrowing falls by £20bn but Iran war clouds outlook The improvement in government finances is unlikely to last, analysts say, with the impact of the Iran way yet to hit.

Today’s public finance data shows:
- a big reduction in borrowing last year
- coming in under OBR March forecast
- that the UK, having borrowed more than the G7 average in every year of the Conservative government, borrowed less last year

The Media have an Agenda. It’s not to get Starmer out.

It’s to get Labour out.

Every Labour MP needs to realise that.

Every ordinary person benefitting from Labour needs to realise that.

Has Richard Tice resigned from his front bench & deputy leader positions in Reform yet?

It's a week since controversy over his unpaid tax came to light. It is way more serious than anything related to Angela Rayner.

He called for her to go. But he remains in place.

Why won't Reform take action?

Article from online in which Polanski says that Putin hasn't threatened genocide.

Article from online in which Polanski says that Putin hasn't threatened genocide.

What, and I cannot stress this enough, the f*ck. Polanski is suggesting that Putin's war crimes aren't as bad as Donald Trump's because he hasn't threatened a genocide out loud. The millions of Ukrainians whose relatives have been killed might have a thing or two to say about that.

Labour MPs need to give themselves a shake and get fully behind the PM.
You got elected on the back of manifesto promises and those promises are being kept. That’s what you were elected for.
Think it was gonna be an easy ride? Well times like this show if you’ve got what it takes.
And some haven’t.

The Telegraph did a deep dive into Ed Miliband, they got in contact to ask me what I thought of the energy secretary. Me and Ed don’t always agree, that’s natural, but there’s no doubt he’s getting stuff done and the country is better off having him.

Now Keir Starmer has answered his question.

Let’s turn to Nigel Farage

1. Who paid for your house?
2. Why did you say the same as Nathan Gill who is in prison for taking bribes?
3. Have you paid for that Street’s energy Bills?
4. Has Dickie Tice paid his tax bill yet?

Has the Green Party removed their multiple candidates across at least 3 different situations who have made racist or antisemitic posts or comments?

It's well over a week since the first of these came to light.

From what I can see most, if not all, still remain as official Green Party candidates.

🚨Brits still think Keir Starmer is a more capable PM than Farage and Badenoch would be!
It's not all doom and gloom for the PM.

Do I think Starmer is the Messiah, no, do I think his Government is doing a good job and delivering its manifesto at warp speed, yes. Do I think he deserves more than 23 months to fix 14 years of Tory misule and mismanagement, yes. Do I think the media should report the many good policies, yes.

Starmer has been under fire so now back to Nigel Farage:

1. Who paid for his Clacton house?

2. Has Tice paid his tax bill?

3. Why does his company Thorn In Side Ltd own properties that are not declared?

5. What does he gain from supporting the likes of Nathan Gill?

Some say Labour have gone too far and too fast on speeding up the transition to clean power.

We disagree.

As we face the second fossil fuel shock in 5 years, it’s time to go further.

Can’t wait to see what the BBC News thinks Starmer should resign because of next week.

Maybe Farage conning a street into believing they were getting their bills paid?

Or Tice dodging £100k in taxes?

#pmqs BRILLIANT from Starmer , taking no more crap from Badenoch and her cronies.. and , thanks to a full range of questions from Labour MPs and others , able to demonstrate with facts and figures how much Labour is already doing to improve all our lives .. which is the REAL job !

The media’s hounding of the most productive PM in the last 15 years is a national disgrace.

This government has already delivered 20 manifesto pledges, 41 more are on course for completion before end of Parliament. Here’s a few that are well on the way to being delivered

I haven't seen any reference to this in the UK 'let's-not-give Labour-any credit-for-anything' media.

To be clear. Starmer has seen off the media. Yet again. For the umpteenth time.

Not because he is cleverer or has some devilish, devious strategies.

Because he's honest and straightforward and always plays a straight bat.

That's what they can't fathom and it's what they hate.

Not to be seen on the BBC TV News, doesn’t suit their agenda .

Also not to be seen in the Telegraph, Express, Mail, Sun, etc.

And nowadays not in the Guardian either.
