Even though I know who my subject is, he keeps passing as several other people every time I look at him. Hopefully he’ll make sense when he’s placed in context.

Thank you! I use vitreous paints and enamels, and yes, they need to be kiln fired. Reusche and Debitus are my go to pigments.

I stress-ate a lot of King Cake, desperately trying to remember where Evilon Mush was listed on our ballots as “Advisor”, “Grand Visir”, of “The Great and Powerful”.
The sugar rush helped me remember…HE WASNT!
Remember folks, he’s not elected to ANYTHING. He HAS NO POWER.

The brightest and the best are often overlooked without DEI guidance.
And with that, here’s my homage in glass to the brilliant mathematician and NASA pioneer, Katherine Johnson.

Invasive and iconic, beautiful and eerie, the Snakehead thrives in our waters here on the Potomac.

Small homage to the “Batwings” headstone of 11 year old Samuel Harrison, who passed in 1754 in Talbot Co. MD after being bitten by a rabid bat.

Oh, did I mention you’ll see a fair amount of farm and forest photos? If that’s not your thing, bail now. For me, visuals of the natural world are restorative . As is the fair amount of hours doing chores around here.
Besides my husband, 26 year old Aonghas is my most loving and dear friend.
