Since starting my new job I started going back to the gym & trying to eat better, just beginning my 3rd week.
Although I dont visually look any different I do physically feel improvements.

I gained quite a bit of weight back over the last couple of years for various reasons but onwards & upwards!

Ive just started my 3rd week at my new job.. Had a chat with my head chef today and he said having me here is like a breath of fresh air.

He fired his sous chef just before I started and he asked me if I want to move into that roll!!
