The trend of election victories of center-right parties over far-right ones began in Poland in 2024, when a center-right-led coalition defeated the far-right authoritarian ruling party.

Hungary joins Romania, Austria, Germany, the EU & others, where the center right has defeated the far right & left in recent elections, which suggests a center-right American party could defeat the Trumpist Republican Party & the Democrats, if the GOP does not return to its conservative principles.

The victory by conservative Peter Magyar in the Hungarian parliamentary elections is a major blow to Trump and the American and European far-right , who regarded the autocratic anti-migrant Orban as a model, and to Russian tyrant Putin, as Hungary had blocked EU efforts to defend Ukraine.

The ruling far-right Hungarian party, Fidesz, had made it difficult by authoritarianism for the opposition to defeat it, but a corruption scandal led government official Peter Magyar to break with the government and lead the opposition. He will lead a government as hungarian Prime Minister.

The center-right has won by a landslide the Hungarian parliamentary elections over the far-right anti-migrant pro-Russian Viktor Orban, openly supported by Trump & VP Vance and who was the darling of other far-right Americans & Europeans. Orban had ruled autocratically and corruptly for 16 years.

Correction: the election was for Parliament, which then votes for Prime Minister. The center-right TISZA party, led by Peter Magyar, won a majority of votes and seats and thus will elect the premier, likely their party leader, who will form a government.

The reason there are few migrants coming to Hungary is because it is unfree and poor. The reason it is unfree and poor is because of Orban's authoritarianism, corruption, dependence on Russia, and anti-migrant policy, which deprives Hungary of workers, taxpayers, customers and businessowners.

Hungary has been led for 14 years by an autocratic far-right anti-migrant pro-Russian Prime Minister Viktor Orban, whose party trails in the polls to the center-right TISZA party, led by conservative Peter Magyar.

Given that Trump, Vance & other far-right Trumpists are interfering in next month's Hungarian parliamentary elections to support the Kremlin's ally in Budapest, we principled conservatives should fee free to urge the election of center-right TSZA candidates, led by Peter Magyar.

If the center-right TISZA opposition led by Peter Magyar does not win the Hungarian parliamentary elections in April, the European Union and NATO must expel Hungary because its autocratic anti-migrant government is so pro-Russian, it reportedly spies for Russia at EU meetings.

Special Counsel Mueller found that Trump and others had unlawfully obstructed his investigation of Russian interference in our elections, but followed Justice Department policy of not prosecuting a sitting president, whom he recommended that the House of Representatives impeach.

Mueller's findings of Russian interference in the 2016 Republican presidential primaries and general election -- on Trump's behalf -- validated what US intelligence agencies unanimously concluded, and what the GOP-led Senate Intelligence Committee unanimously found.

Mueller found that Trump had invited Russian interference on behalf of his 2016 general election presidential campaign, and that his campaign accepted knowledge from information the Russians had stolen and provided to a third party and coordinated its messaging with its release.

The late Republican Special Counsel Robert Mueller, combat veteran and former FBI Director, found that Russia had engaged in sweeping and systematic interference in American elections, including to help nominate and elect Trump President in 2016.

Holidays should be unifying, not divisive, and federal holidays particularly should unite Americans. Honoring all the Presidents, instead of only Washington, is divisive, not unitive, regardless of one's opinion of Trump or any other recent President.

Washington's good character, which is what the Framers of the Constitution created the presidency around, should inspire Americans, and the Washington's Birthday holiday should remind us of our founding ideals. Honoring all the Presidents, including scoundrels like Trump, would do the opposite.

The federal holiday of "Washington's Birthday" is usually called "Presidents' Day" by most States or in common parlance, but is intended to honor all Washington's contributions in the Revolutionary War and as a Founding Father, not only his presidency, or all the Presidents or the presidency itself.
