in Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six: Rogue Spear, there are two separate cheats that cause your squad to fart. "fast action response team" just provides noises, while "silent but deadly" causes farts to also deal damage to whatever is behind you (so squad mates make pain grunts or yell "Watch your fire!")
