In today’s Upside Down World at the Cap…Sen. Dusty Deevers & I agree on something! The budget process lacks transparency. A House floor vote’s coming & I’ll vote NO on any budget that shuts out members, esp the minority party. Both parties rep ALL Okies & the budget should always reflect that.
