Went from 2 years of "we're going through a divorce so I'll likely have to sell the house" to the past 2 weeks as been "we came to an agreement, she wants sooner rather than later" Realtor and bank meetings all scheduled this week.

It took me way to long to realize "gahhh, this thing sucks" is not "fix it for me/tell me how to fix" its "I'm frustrated and need to vent. Will you let me do that for a bit."
