Not sure who this person are so I can't say how people would or would not find them cool. Ik most people that has some kind of clout around them is narcissistic so that's prob why they are flirty with everyone.

Oh yes and some people might find the person weird, but others might find them cool or look up to them.

Most people who "chase" someone do so either for clout or because they're are friends with the person and they are not often available, so friends usually join them when they are 😀
