I don't think leaking details about a game is on the same level as scalping. With re: to TotK, I don't even think leaking the ENTIRE GAME is on the same level as scalping. Sure, it sucks, and sure, in some aspects, crime was committed, but I don't think that alone is worthy of permanent garnishment
