I was the first in my family to attend university, but I couldn’t afford it. So I worked, studied, slept little, and repeated for 7 years. Many things in life look impossible only because we don’t yet see the path. There’s almost always a path. Keep moving until you find it.

I Know I Can. I Just Cannot. I am standing at the edge of the swimming pool. I am standing at the edge of the swimming pool. 2,60m deep, the sign says. Blue, transparent, crystal clear. In a way, it's beautiful.

My latest post, about glass walls and limiting beliefs.

Most career transitions don’t start with a bold move, they start with a quiet feeling: something isn’t right. There are stages, and knowing where you are changes everything. If you are in that in-between space & want to understand what comes next, I'd love to walk that path with you lnkd.in/dy7NDaF9

For years, I was the one who had it all together. Lead global projects. Spoke at conferences. Trusted & reliable.

Privately, I was exhausted because my life was built around expectations, not my own standards.

Now I help tech leaders in this spot rebuild self-trust.
Here's how. lnkd.in/dy7NDaF9

Good Girl. High Achiever. Never Enough. The pattern we learn. The realization that breaks it. The permission we need.

Good girl. High achiever. Feeling never enough.

A little girl who learned, very early, that being herself was not enough. So she did what she could: she performed. Proves. Delivered.

And she grew up to be a high achiever.

Maybe you recognize this…

“Is it too late to change at this age?”

Most professionals I work with ask this in their 40s and 50s.

By 45 you have:
20+ years of experience
Pattern recognition
A real network

You also have less tolerance for misalignment.

So the real question is:
Is staying safer…or just familiar?

25 years in tech taught me this: growth and alignment aren’t the same thing.

You can climb fast—and still grow away from yourself.

Most leaders I coach don’t want to quit.
They want their work to fit again.

Alignment isn’t blowing up your career.
It’s adjusting it before it blows you up.

For all the women, who carry it all.
Who feel the weight.
Who feel tired.
Who feel unseen.
Who has no idea what she wants or needs.
Who lost herself somewhere along the way...

“I should be happy.”

Have you ever said that to yourself?

Nice house. Stable job. Recognition. Security.

But something still feels off.

Then comes guilt.
“Why am I not grateful?”

Then shame.
“Something must be wrong with me.”

So you push.

But the question stays:
What actually feels off?

You can be successful and completely misaligned at the same time.

I see it with senior tech leaders every week.
Doing well. Leading teams. Quietly exhausted.

Not because they can’t cope, but because they’ve been coping for too long.

That’s why I created The Career Transition Journey...

Imposter syndrome doesn’t just vanish, but you can learn to manage it. Here’s what works for me:

1. Name it.
2. Talk about it.
3. Reframe "I don’t know."
4. Set boundaries.
5. Move your body.

Doubt won't disappear, but changing your relationship with it can.

In tech, it’s easy to feel like you don’t know enough. Always more to learn, right? This can lead to working longer hours, saying yes to everything, or doubting yourself. Remember, you’re not alone in this. Let’s break that cycle together.

When a big change happens (a job ends, a move happens, a relationship shifts), most people focus on what to do next. But the real question isn’t “What’s next?", it’s “Who am I now?” You’re between identities. Don’t rush to fill the gap. Real clarity comes from honesty, and the rest will follow.

Waiting for motivation? You might be waiting a while. Motivation is unreliable. Action builds momentum, and that’s what brings motivation back. Start small. 10 minutes. One clear step. Simple structure beats big effort. Every time... What helps you move when you don’t feel like it?

Sometimes success stops feeling like success, not because you failed, but because life moved on and your definition didn’t. If you're feeling off, ask: What does success mean now? What do I want to feel, not just achieve? Changing your mind isn’t failure. It’s paying attention.

Feeling stuck isn’t doing nothing. It’s often too much thinking, not enough choosing. Stuck usually means something internal has shifted, but your direction hasn’t. You don’t need a full plan. You need one clear step that fits now. Start by asking the question you’ve avoided.

When You Know You're Good at Your Job... But Can't Believe It “You’re the search expert, right?”

"You're the search expert, right?"

At that moment, my stomach tightened. Expert. The word felt too big, too certain.

I had decades of experience. Certifications. Client projects. But inside? I was sure someone would eventually figure out...

You don’t always choose the change, but you can always choose your response. Survival mode is normal, but don’t stay there. Ask yourself: Now that this happened, what do I want this chapter to be about? You can still shape the story, even if it didn’t start the way you wanted.
