How happy are you?
It’s a good question to ask from time to time.

I talked about some fascinating research into happiness with the delightful Dr Robert Waldinger at Gustavus Adolphus College.

His book, “The Good Life” is a good read.

We will talk about those challenges and show some love to caregivers Monday, February 16.

It’s an understatement to say the news has been intense, so it was nice to giggle a bit when a co-worker 3D printed a bunch of tiny, screaming possums.
This one now proudly hangs out on top of my studio microphone, keeping me company.
