September was a bit of a whirlwind visit, less than a week so I could attend SPYAIR’s JLT concert, which is usually in the summer. As soon as I saw it was in the autumn this time I couldn’t not try to go. Ticketing felt like a literal war but was absolutely worth it. Best show of my life so far.

April was also incredible, full of Haikyuu collaborations, the MOVIE!! and fun adventures with friends. I got to see SPYAIR for the first time in Fukuoka which was another incredible experience and sent me down a rabbit hole of obsessively attempting to attend every show possible

The true purpose of the trip was to see Kobukuro tho, an artist I’ve been a fan of since 2007. I had tickets to their concert in October the year prior but it was cancelled last minute when I was already in Japan 😩 I’m glad I was able to make it work when they finalized the new dates

Another thing I really likes about Okinawa were the izakaya’s… I’m not much of a drinker (at all) but I got obsessed with the fried tofu dishes 😂 the texture was so crunchy and perfect

January was great because I finally went to Okinawa for the first time for whale watching, which got cancelled because the weather was bad, so we did a bus tour instead and saw a lot more of the island than we would have if we’d tried to explore on our own

Coming up on my fourth and last Japan trip of this year in a few weeks so now I’m feeling nostalgic and like I should post some pictures from my adventures

I need to get in the habit of opening this app cuz I keep forgetting it exists

I will hunt down the Omi fan artists on here

The heating in our house is broken and it keeps getting really close to freezing temps 😭 poor kitty so cold
