The central Plaza of an ancient city. It works as a magical nexus whose energy gets drained by Manabane Scarabs at the moment.

Ok, for today I dug up something.

This is a map I made in 2015 for a strange customs rule dnd-like game where I Co-GM'd.
That was until one and a half sessions in, the main GM quit and left me with the players.

We did like 4~5 more sessions but to this day, I have no clue what the plot was. X.x

Challenge Nr.4: 3 Rooms/Paths that can only be used by a certen nuber of player (Split the party 1-2-1).

Goal: Find out how the rooms are connected and reach the end by solving different themed riddles.

Party: Managed this straightforwardly. One of the few that worked as intended. ^^'

Challenge Nr.3: Two rooms. One is a kitchen, and one is a study with a throne.

Goal: Puzzle. A Queen needs to sit on the Throne. (There are clothes for a pawn, rook, knight and bishop in a chest)

Party: Found the solution soon. But did not know how to make a Queen for a bit. XD

Challenge Nr.2: A piece of sea where they can go over or solve the starting puzzle and get the underwater route. (Fewer enemies, cramped space)

Goal: Reach the other side.

Party: Solved the puzzle after some time and got the underwater path and easaly beat the seamonster guarding it.

Challenge Nr.1: The Trial of Motion. This map is filled with enemies that attack only if you leave their threatened spaces or do not move on your turn.

Goal: Collect the golden Orbs and bring them to the centre.

Party: Used a combination of Haste and Levitate to cheese the whole thing. X.x

Is there anything actually stopping them from comming to bluesky or is that just a question of time?

Well, nothing better to post than this. I am running a DnD 5e game right now for a party of four. I try to make most of the encounter maps myself.
This one was used as the entrance to a sacred location. Each circle was a teleporter to a challenge the party had to beat and earn the right to progress.
