In a very real way, the President of the United States should be held to the highest standard of conduct in the whole country.

Somehow, he’s held to a lower (nonexistent) standard of conduct than literally everyone else. It’s unfathomable.

Jeff Bezos has $222 billion.

If he paid my wealth tax this year, we could fund insulin in America for everyone who needs it plus free school lunch for every kid in Texas—and have plenty of money left over.

And Bezos would still have $215 billion dollars to spare.

I am glad that this man now sees the benefit to being inclusive. To raising women's pay, to promoting them into positions of leadership. It's never too late to try and change. It does take time, but it can happen.

Not surprised, but it's nice to see confirmation that we need nature.

I love it. We are chasing away so many people who could help us. Scientists, professors, and people from other countries. Their perspectives are important in how we look at problems and find innovative solutions.

Oof. I wasn't struggling to the same degree, but I feel everything in this article. I basically ended up doing something similar of "retraining" my brain and body.

I’m not surprised by this, although it didn’t occur to me beforehand. Exercise is linked to lower rates of getting cancer.

I believe rice, rice paper, petals, etc will still clog storm drains, cause bacterial/ microbial/ algae overgrowth which can cause all kinds of environmental problems like encouraging invasive plants and preventing native ones from growing. Tons of flowers have pesticides and other bad things.

I've seen ai;dr a couple of times on fb now. Not sure when? if? I'll get to use it. Since I hate it so much I don't even like sharing it.

Make no mistake, he is justifying violence if he objects to the outcome of an election. Keep that in mind as we prepare for 2026.

Interesting stuff. I don’t do much with my face. I’ve sometimes wondered if I should be doing more. I’m glad to know that less really can be more. It helps that I have a naturally oily face, which I think helped moisturize it.

Voters should pick their representatives, not the other way around. Glad to get the chance to talk to some of the volunteers and organizers doing the hard work to make sure Prop 50 passes. This vote will have critical implications, not just for California, but for our entire country.

Very cool. Fermented soy like miso soup, fish or vegetables marinated with miso paste before roasting or barbecuing it. I like edamame in the shell with garlic, salt, and pepper.

Trump relentlessly runs his messaging through a strong-versus-weak frame, yet many voters expressly do not see the tariffs as an act of strength.

Instead, they view him as being “reckless”—he’s floundering around wildly, aimlessly, and destructively. trib.al/OaK874K

It’s all HRT, not just the cream. There’s been studies for 20+ years that show that HRT (patch, progesterone pills, cream, vaginal inserts, and more) are safe and do not cause cancer, heart disease, etc.
